We are accepting applications for the following positions:

Level 1 Technician

  • Providing 1st level support to resolve problems on internal and customer systems as per the SOP
  • Work with the Level 2 techs and Level 3 engineers to perform customer and internal installations including server racking, network setup and application configuration
  • Support of product lines including: Operating Systems, Applications, Network, Backup, Security, Web Analytics and E-Mail
  • Work with engineering & support staff on system O/S and application installation & configuration
  • Develop and maintain support documentation including support guides, knowledgebase articles, procedures, and online customer information
  • Work rotating On-Call shifts that provide for 24x7 coverage
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience performing a similar role preferably within a managed hosting environment 

 

Level 2 Technician

  • Providing 2nd level support to resolve problems on internal and customer systems and escalate problems to Level 3 engineers as per the SOP
  • Work with the Level 1 techs and Level 3 engineers to perform customer and internal installations including server racking, network setup and application configuring
  • Support of product lines including: Operating Systems, Applications, Network, Backup, Security, Web Analytics and E-Mail
  • Work with engineering & support staff on system O/S and application installation & configuration
  • Develop and maintain support documentation including support guides, knowledgebase articles, procedures, and online customer information
  • Work rotating On-Call shifts that provide for 24x7 coverage
  • Mentor Level 1 Technicians
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing a similar role preferably within a managed hosting environment

 

Level 3 Technician

  • Providing 3rd level support to resolve problems on internal and customer systems and escalated problems from Level 1 and Level 2 techs as per the SOP
  • Work with the Level 1 and Level 2 techs to perform customer and internal installations including server racking, network setup and application configuring
  • Support of product lines including: Operating Systems, Applications, Network, Backup, Security, Web Analytics and E-Mail
  • Work with engineering & support staff on system O/S and application installation & configuration
  • Develop and maintain support documentation including support guides, knowledgebase articles, procedures, and online customer information
  • Work rotating On-Call shifts that provide for 24x7 coverage
  • Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 Technicians
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience performing a similar role preferably within a managed hosting environment

 

NOC Technician

  • Monitoring the daily performance of the Linux, UNIX, WIN 20XX operating environment/applications using established tools and procedures
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to users and technicians.
  • Ensure the proper execution of all batch jobs, remote monitoring and patching
  • Create and maintain all operations documentation, procedures and schedules
  • Implement and maintain the operations/production processes environment to ensure that SLA’s are met and that all operational problems are tracked and resolved efficiently
  • Analyze all computer operations process and procedures to ensure that overall performance and SLA’s can be maintained and measured and improved upon
  • Responsible for the security of the data center facilities’ systems and data
  • Deal with customer calls, providing information where required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience performing a similar role preferably within a managed hosting environment
